Really, though — this is like the Lucky Charms of savoury meals. Why aren’t these floating in every soup on the planet? I guess some mysteries aren’t meant to be solved…

Fort St George in Seattle’s International District sometimes uses those as garnish in their “onsen” cocktail. I thought they were cereal but apparently they’re tiny crackers.
