My name is Sonya and it’s been 3 months since I’ve had a macaron. Do you know why? Because those slacker French close their bakeries at 3pm. 3pm! What happens if you need a midnight macaron, a crack-of-dawn croissant, or a petit four for (yeah, I’m totally gonna say it) fourthmeal? What then?
