Here’s an amazing holiday idea for those whose inability to choose between making a gingerbread house from scratch and buying a kit from a store leaves them (gingerbread)homeless year after year: the graham cracker village! I love it. Nicely done, little acorn.

I’ve actually seen icing-only versions of these sprayed with shellac and used as Christmas tree ornaments. In fact, I’m pretty sure my mom still has one somewhere.
