It ain't easy being green

Though I have a major weakness for Earl Grey-flavoured things (especially hot chocolate), the king of tea flavours is definitely matcha. If you agree, some matchariffic browser window shopping can be had at Flickr’s Green Tea pool. I’ve also been seeing matcha-inspired shades pop up in fashion lately — though I’m not always interested in what’s hot on the runway (exception: Tim Gunn), I have to admit that the idea of something as minute as nailcolour being a trend is fascinating. I kinda wish there was something similar for the realm of sweets! Orange frosting? Soooo last October!

The Asians always have this amazing talent of making things LOOK cute and delicious, but taste like cardboard. These are entirely mouthwatering to look at but I’d be suspect to it’s actual flavouring :)

    Oh my gosh.

I love matcha. Thanks for the link!

    There’s EARL GREY FLAVORED CHOCOLATE??

I must procure some soon. (Earl Grey is my absolute favorite tea)

LOL, the candies above look cute, but they also look like the erasers from Japan I used to get at the Hallmark store back in the day. XD

Have you ever had Matcha Chocolates? I bought a few bags a while ago and I seriously love them.

When I saw this post I decided it was time for a photo op of the lovely little choccies, and here I give you the spoils. ^_^

And for the record, they don’t taste like cardboard. Think Hershey’s-grade chocolate blended with Matcha powder. I could eat these all day.
